Yesterday was Alfred Hitchcock's birthday. I and my son are at our cabin at the moment, and what better way to spend the evening than watching one of his films, North By Northwest?

This is a 8x400' print from Red Fox Enterprises, and my best feature print by far. My son is 12, and now he is good enough to understand most of what is said without subtitles with a little help to outline the plot. I absolutely love this film and I never get tired of it. It was pretty exciting for my son also, and he said "no, no, no" when the main character put himself into more trouble :-) He is just old enough to not get scared by the little shooting there is.

My wife also like this film, so now we can watch it as a family sometime :-)

Those are great images from a classic film! A wonderful film to have in your collection....BTW, I believe a print of this film was recently sold on ebay for around $800.00...

One of my favourites Elvind, the Red Fox prints are very good and this print is lovely on screen, I still love the crop duster scenes, for me one of Hitchcock's best,Mark
