Isnt it funny how with so many films fading from the 70s we have 400ft colour sound editions of Flintstones, Top Cat and Scooby Doo yet every one of them is blessed with great colours, excellent sound and pin sharp images. There must be some faded ones out there. Anyway, although i am not a big fan of the Flintstones my Brother does have 5 of these and this is one i bought him for his Birthday last year. One thnig i notice with this particular one is that it doesn't have the canned laughter of all the other ones we have.
The story of this particular one which introduces Bam Bam into the Rubble family is as follows,

After the childless Rubbles wish upon a star for a baby of their own, Barney finds a basket containing the world's strongest foundling. However, someone else wants to adopt little Bamm-Bamm, and he's rich.
This episode is from Series 4, episode 3 and was first aired on October 3rd 1963, i was just over a year old!!

I absolutely love the ones I have as well the Top Cat titles Tom.
So I am firmly in the brother of Tom camp regarding this one! 😂😂😊

I loved watching the Flintstones as a kid. I haven't got any on film yet, though. Wish I had :-)
