Classic Bogart tonight with this Derann 2x400, the print is quite good for its age, I've not really watched this very often but like the black and white look of it, Mark.

I have it on a 600'. I guess that is the 2x400? Does it make sense that it would fit on a 600'?

My copy wouldn't fit on a 600ft reel Elvind but if it's on thin polyester stock it might, Mark.

Great digest. Mine came on a 800 foot reel. The previous owner had also re-edited it to try to put everything in order. I say "try" since I spotted a misplaced scene. You wouldn't know it unless you've recently seen the movie, though. So I haven't fixed it yet.

I need to check to see how full the reel is. I have a few other Derann 2-parters still on the original reels, but their hubs looks awfully big. I believe each part is closer to 300 feet, so I wouldn't be suprised if that was the case for THE MALTESE FALCON.
