Magnum Force. Behind the scenes 200ft colour sound

This is great 200 footer and this one has great colours, again, no fade. The official title is, The Hero Cop, Yesterday and today.
The pre title sequence shows real footage of well known 1930/40s gangsters and more recent news footage of cop killer gangs and robbers before going into the behind the scenes footage and story of Magnum Force with Clint Eastwood. We see many of the scene set up and shoots as well as a few short scenes, and some spectacular stunt drivers who get pretty close to the cameras, in one sequence the cars drifts toward the camera and the two operators take a run. It also shows how a few parts of the film make references to true stories from the city in Question.
A very good behind the scenes release and with this one having first class print quality, colour and sound it is another perfect show starter. If you can find this one its well worth adding to any collection.

Looking for, Joe Kidd / The Outlaw Josey Wales on 16mm. Good prints only.

Got this one I think bought from Regent Films. Once hired the feature in super 8mm from Columbia too.

I still love the smell of film in the morning

Blimy David, i wonder if there are any copies hiding anywhere.

Bill, its good to know that these look like they had batches printed on good stocks. I think this is one of the best behind the scenes reels on 8.

FDA Rank and Columbia/Warner had some great titles for hire in super 8, at a price. They ranged from about £8 to £25 for ONE screening, but I managed a few more. The prints at the time were better than any other releases. The Magnum Force is on the dvd I think it is also a little longer.
