We all now know there a couple of collectors on here who also have 35mm,
I for one would very much like to see a few reviews here with images.

Mine is not doing much at the moment, consider buying one of those Italian machines they are just slightly bigger than a 16mm
Or if I am lucky, my dream of a cinema in the garden, come true

Glorious pictures Vidar, what kind of projector do you have? Mine is a Century C projector head with a Simplex sound head, Orcon lamphouse.
I've had a couple of setbacks in my foray into 35mm - decided to dedicate the other half of my basement to a new theatre room, only to find out that my foundation is crackling and buckling! Then, stripped a few teeth on my 35mm projector drive gear.
Luckily, several weeks later, I have found a decent estimate to get the basement repaired, and was able to (so far, at least!) fix the projector by re-forming the broken teeth using plastic epoxy compound.
I plan to sheetrock the far wall to use for my screen and paint it using Steve Osborne's screen paint - plan to make masking using black pvc that I can hang from the ceiling. Ultimate goal is to build a booth to house the 35mm, two 16mm's, and a super 8. Luckily, where I currently have the 35 and 16mm projectors stationed, my scope dimensions are identical - just have to do flat masking for all of the gauges.
I'll start uploading pics after the basement is repaired to document my progress...

Some top titles there and beautiful condition. I would love to watch 35mm on a home set up.
WOWWWWW, now that is superb, I have seen a fair few features for sale and for what they are they seem very cheap, (apart from Dirty Dancing which was over a 1000 )
Keep these coming though please.
Would also like to look around your 35mm projectors if you dont mind.
I must add i would not know where to start with a 35mm machine. (be good though)

Michael, I use the Kinoton (Philips) FO-23
Tom, Dirty Dancing is one I would never pay that amount for. I paid around 30-50 for most film, 120 for each of the Star Wars trilogy, was given Phantom Menace for bringing home something from Denmark and the most expensive was Gremlins at 230, but that purchase included shipping and six other 35mm of lesser nterest and quality and 2 16mm features, Prehistoric Women and I think a Bud Spencer, Terrence Hill film

You got those Star Wars films for an amazing price; I can only assume it's because there are not so many collectors out there of 35mm.
I must admit i wouldn't pay more than 200ish for any film, (any gauge),
Blimy, that projector looks cool, Vidar, do you live in a barn or a Mansion
You have the star wars trilogy on35mm ?????? for what price?????????????
Do i sell up 8 and go to 35 or what I would not like to imaging how much room that takes up.

When you saw on the BFCC Armchair Odeon series of discs, some of the innovation used by collectors who somehow managed to fit enormous spools and platters into many an average sized under stairs cupboard space and attic eaves etc etc, you simply had to admire their level of dedication for the cause!
"C'Mon Baggy, Get With The Beat"
Tom, price was lower due to it being subtitled in Norwegian. And YES ... it takes shitloads of space ... No mansion (I wish), only 85m2

Or a very large under stairs cupboard.
We all need a wardrobe like that of The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe!
"C'Mon Baggy, Get With The Beat"
Took a few pics last night, but had to wait until today to upload - our internet was out last night.
Ever since the recent survey about what gauge everyone watches, I've been watching more and more regular 8!
So here are the projectors I use the most: Bolex M8, GS1200, Telex 16mm, and my 35mm (also recently got a double mutt for the 35, but haven't sorted that out yet).
