Jet Pilot feature

Never seen this title before, Stars John Wayne , a Universal 8 full length release on two 1200ft reels. Faded but still OK in places, I think if I run it on the HID it would improve the viewing image , it's quite a good print fade aside, Mark

I wonder if they are watching Jet Pilot on the projector

Cool! I didn't know it existed on Super 8 except as a trailer. I assume it was originally a 3x400? I just got this on DVD but haven't watched it yet, but it looks like an interesting movie.

U8 did a few good feature releases. I've never been lucky enough to catch a good one but yours look to be in very good shape and the colours look fine.
This one reminds me of Flying Leathernecks, you cant go far wrong with a good John Wayne action movie. Great find mate.

The only U8 feature i did manage to get years ago, (its long gone now due to turning red) was the Richard Pryor live in concert.

I had the Richard Pryor 4x400, the problem with it was it's set on stage so the fade is more obvious, with just a spot light on screen it's never going to be great when the fade creeps in, funny though.

I enjoyed Jet Pilot, I do like John Wayne in his non western roles, although True Grit is a great film,Mark.

Always liked this feature bit of a curiosity at the time
Colourcwent on mine long time ago but the restored blu ray came out. Ironically the colour is oh so strong.
Still enjoy the film so much.
