That's a very interesting video.

it is, its also the sort of thing younger people may also be interested in as this is now very old technology which many youngsters are showing a new interest in.

It is pretty basic stuff in the video, but I did think it was interesting in the use of the "slo-mo" techniques which these guys are known for doing.
