I was thinking the same thing...I've looked in the forum the past few days and nothing has been posted! I was going to post something about it being quite but I didn't. Glad you broke the silence Tom! I just edited together my 2 200' Ghidrah the Three-Headed Monster digests together so it duplicates the film.

I wish i bought some of those old monster movies years ago. They are quite rare these days and seem to demand quite high prices.
Im hoping to get the film room opened up again soon after the workmen finish in early Feb.

Yeah it sounds like you have not been able to watch much lately. I have had both the Ken silent digests in the original boxes for a long time but could not bring myself to edit them together. I try to keep things original.....well a couple years ago now I found someone selling both digests on a 400' reel no boxes so I went for it with the intent to edit together in the proper order. I cleaned them in Oct 2018! I finally edited it together today! I'll be screening it soon!

How well did the two parts match for focus, sound and frame lines? I use to get a little frustrated with a couple of the Derann UA releases.sometimes the quality was miles apart so it was sometimes better to leave them as two individual cutdowns.

I have not screened them yet...it is scope and silent and right now I have my set up for full screen. I wish these digests would have been sound but they are not...I may set up the scope tonight so I will post about it after I screen them. I also have a new Bond opening in scope to screen too. It's not a real quick set up between full/scope so when I do it I leave it up for a while.

Well; two nights ago I screened Run for the Sun' (Richard Widmark) , first time on the big screen for both of us, and the wife enjoyed it. At present only getting one or two days a week when I can screen in the evening, but the wife will be on holiday soon,. and we will probably screen every night. Want to get in as much as possible before we alter the clocks in March.

As Tom says, it has been quite quiet on the Forum.
I read it daily but as it's usually about films there is nothing that I can really add.

I don't know if we are allowed to comment on Ebay listings, but there is currently a TQ2 projector with a BIN price of £1,000

Think it’s a sign of the times, I have not run a full feature for a couple of weeks.Mainly messing about having spent hours chopping and changing some scope lens on my fumes to ge t a good clear sharp picture. Why I have no idea as each time it’s pretty good, just can’t get to show a whole feature!
On the subject of eBay prices seem to have gone a bit OTT and some items on offer in my view are not very good.
Still I guess with no conventions this is the norm at the moment.

Watch this space if you have £1000 for an old Bell & Howell TQII.
Not one of Bell & Howell's best designs with parts of its amplifier scattered all over the body.
