Rare catalogue cover restoration

#1 by Tom Photiou , Sun Aug 23, 2020 8:13 pm

So as not to hijack Davids excellent thread, i thought i would restore the front cover of the catalogue i popped in there. Hopefully when done it may be useful for Eivinds super8datsabase

Getting rid of all the creases and bringing up the colours, the only real way is to scan it, save it, and piece by piece use my photostudio programme to slowly redo everything. The main image in the centre can only be improved as the time taken would be too much.

Hopefully i will finish this in the next day or two.

Now finished. (Have had a poop week hence the time taken).
I re did the main CCR title to fit nearer to the original.
I know its a bit odd to do a catalogue cover rather than a movie box but it is an oldie and our first ever.
