Yes I do remember this programme from the 60's, and they showed one on talking picture channel 81 last week, with a very young looking Bob Monkhouse presenting it. The beeb showed a programme last week about him and his obsession with documenting everything he recorded from tv , but i wonder what happened to his incredible film collection said to be the third biggest private collection in the world.......

i remember it well. i used to record the music from the tv on a reel to reel tape recorder. then when i projected my silent old time comedies i would play the music along with the films. it worked faily well. as i only had a silent projector at the time. it made it more fun having some sound with the film.

I have a 16mm film of an entire episode, very good quality, I don't if they used 16mm for broadcasting back then.
