Hi Tom,

The dealer was selling both French Connection films but as I already have French Connection 2 - I had to pick it up

Yep some great bargains to be had, on 16mm I picked up Clockwise, Bringing Up Baby and Holiday Affair (love that movie!) plus a fantastic colour Sam the Sheepdog WB 'toon. Missed out on Hue And Cry by seconds (grrr!) but I got rid of a lot of stuff at a fair price to some thirsty collectors.

Clockwise is a very good film, sounds like some very good bargains were bought by many.

Yes! I bought 2001: A Space Odyssey Ken Films 8 x 400ft from the same dealer. The audio is absolutely superb - I think it might be re-recorded. Yes, it's partly faded but perfectly watchable and the box is in excellent condition! I never thought I'd get my hands on this.

I also finally found Derann 'This is Scope' from CHC. Been looking for that for ages. I'm really thrilled with both.

So for those that went to Blackpool, can anyone tell me what Super 8 films were shown during the day and what films were shown after the dinner on the previous night.

Thanks in advance,
Graham
