I personally think it should only be real names though. Only my opinion though

It still is Tom, nothing has changed with our policy here on this one, it's just that Vidar prefers to obtain the details of our new recruits once they are on board here. It does make it easier to get any possible response this way.

If they don't respond within a certain amount of time, as Vidar said earlier, the new member using an acronym is deleted again if they also refuse to use their real name here.
