Clyde that's great buys there. I really like these films. As you say that Ron Goodwin Miss Marples Theme just sticks in your head.
They don't / cant make them like this anymore.
I met Ron Goodwin many years ago after one of his concerts. A really nice guy and one of a kind.

You lucky man, really like Margaret Rutherford as Miss Marple. Great theme music from one of the great composers Ron Goodwin.

I still love the smell of film in the morning

Well done Clyde, I think I only saw 2 on TV, one was about the 4.15 from Paddington. Great theme tune to those films.

They've all been on TV Robert, I sold on "The Alphabet Murders" a couple of years ago with a cameo from Margaret, it was the best thing in the film, she was watching the antics of Tony Randall & Robert Morley outside a police station and quipped "I'd have had this solved
in no time!", she just walked away with the film.

Agatha Christie didn't like her in the role, after all, they were not written as comedies. I haven't seen 'The Alphabet Murders', is that anything like the Poirot episode 'The ABC Murders', one of the best in the series I think.
