Just to add there were only 20 copies printed and some of these are already sold I know so get in quick before they are all gone.

BTW there are 8 items on this reel and all can be found on Youtube if you want a preview before you buy.

Thanks Graham, I will, though from what I have seen from your review It looks pretty good, as they all do.
I know some may think I've pulled a few apart, BUT, if i see something I feel i need to ask about I will do so. Nothing wrong with critical eye,

My worries concerns were about single stripe and how it was applied, you may recall Deranns Jurassic park feature, it suffered badly along with Chicken run with stripe peeling off. I also questioned the film stock in early days, I would not want to pay out for a film for it to fade a decade down the road, and then before Lee's releases, there was those vertical lines which were down to Andecs quality control at the time, last was the contrast for me, as it's from digital sources it looks good, but different. The contrasts arnt quite there and those those that stood out as an example was the MPAA screen with the rating, usually deep bright green, but some of the newer ones looked almost grey and not particularly bright.
Many dont like questions of this type but for the prices they cost in a cost of living crisis which we are all in, I thought they were fair questions to ask and there were dozens of opportunities for people to come on, (some did including you Graham), and discuss rather than drone on about the effort that goes into the releases etc, I was already aware of costs thanks to Dave B and Steve O.
BUT, I will look forward to receiving and reviewing number 4. Still quite expensive but I'm happier to pay £98 plus postage rather than £160 plus postage and this is without doubt, an expensive hobby but it's great fun.

You're right to have these issues Tom, nothing wrong with a discussion.

As for the stripe issue only time will tell. I don't have a problem with it at present. If I remember I think the issues with the Chicken Run peeling stripe were at the time not years later so maybe these new releases will be ok as there is no peeling stripe at present and I've had them for a short while but the real test will come if they are still alright in 5-10 years time.

The vertical lines of the earlier releases are no more. I have a few recent releases like Xmas4, Casino Royale, View to a Kill, World is not Enough etc. and each one has no lines so Andec have sorted it.

I think the contrast may be down to the filmstock used? I have to say on Xmas #4 the two CGI adverts both have deep strong blues and colour and contrast is excellent. The Asda Elf advert was a TV commercial so may not have that film look, but looks great on screen I assure you.

I agree there is nothing wrong with a critical eye .
