Happiest Days of Your Life 600ft

As I've been enjoying a few films recently I decided to give this one a viewing again,I've also been enjoying the ST1200 with the HID conversion, this is actually a very good print but using the modified ST really lifts it,they really do wonders on black and white prints,Mark

Very nice cutdown Mark, not often you see this film listed.Good old Margaret Rutherford a great actress who could be extremely funny or deadly serious.Very nice.

It's actually a very nice print, I picked up the feature yesterday at the BFCC, not watched it yet but it will be interesting to compare the prints,Mark

Mark,
As your time permits, would you share your thoughts on the BFCC event? From the pics I have seen, it looks like a very good start in moving forward with BFCC again...
Thank you,
Greg

I didn't realise that this edit was released on super 8, looks a very good print, it looks like the b/w prints get the better benefit of the modified lamp rather than the colour prints. Would that be a fair comment?

I'd say the black and white prints do really benefit with the HID lamp Tom but so do colour prints, if it's a red print then it really makes no difference but if it still have some colour left then they really do look a lot better, it has a slight blue tint to the lamp so this helps a lot, it gives prints a new lease of life, Mark.
