Goon one Tom, i think this would have made an excellent super 8 feature with its famous car chase scene, hope they've done good job of it, we'll see .............

I love the chase scene from this movie, as well as the chase scene from The Seven-Ups & the original Gone In 60 Seconds!

I did have the 400ft version of the Seven ups, its a very good edit and shows most of the car chase, sadly, it was poor on colour so it had to go, i have yet to find a good colour print.

I've had a feature print of "The Seven Ups" a couple of times, no idea where it came from, but very good quality, one to look out for perhaps!

Was that on 8 or 16mm Barry? Defiantly one i would like.

Super 8, I've no idea where it came from, but what I remember was a very decent print.

I wonder who the lucky collector is sitting on that one? I hope the colour is still holding out for them.
At a guess, i would imagine it was part of the 20th century fox features release along with The French Connection, what a film that was release as a feature, unfortunately for those who splashed out at the time, they all appear to be red now.

The feature of The Seven Ups would have been from FDA originally hire only. One I did hire and it was a stunning print in both sound and image.

Did the REEL IMAGE ever release the Bullitt Car chase sequence?

I've not seen anything yet, be worth contacting Reel image for a release date.

I had Prince of the City and The Seven Ups back in the day on 16mm both got sold as part of my original mass clear out while not thinking straight,along with numerous other ones CETK directors cut which now really makes me mad.Still I’m sure they all went to a good home and someone somewhere is enjoying the fruits of my first collection 🤪🤪🤪

I am lucky to have an IB Tech print of Bullitt, one i wont let go of any time soon.
