Adventures of Don Juan (1948)

Tonight I watched a film I have really liked ever since I first saw it on TV in 1970, and saved the enclosed poster and cutting from the TV Times. I had to wait quite a long time before it came up on TV again. Who would have imagined all those years ago, that one day you could own a print.
The print is on Eastman stock: it has some colour in some scenes, so I would describe the print as warm. Physically it's in excellent condition. I'm happy to own it on film after all these years. One of Flynn's best, a real classic.

I didn't take too many screenshots, but you can see it's a sharp print; the soundtrack is loud and clear. I decorated the boxes as usual, and the photo also shows a DVD I purchased in Russia, with English soundtrack.

Well done Robert! It´s always really nice to find something that you have been searching for a long time. I don´t know this film and haven´t even heard of it. The print looks fine and the fade isn´t that bad.

Hi Clyde, not seen a lot of Bob Douglas; he was in 'Saskatchewan' with Alan Ladd, and have seen him in 'Columbo'. He was perfect in 'Don Juan'.
