RE: Film Inventory Survey: What do you use?

You should at least give it a free try and just ask if anything, most fields can add options, like DVD, Blu-Ray, you just add your own, like 16mm, 35mm, Super 8, Regular 8 and 9.5mm as I did. Sound I added Magnetic and Optical and just tick the one, then tick another Stereo, if that is the case. Screen formats too, just add Anamorphic options. The user fields I have colour condition, added Faded to brown, Faded to red, B&W of colour and so on. Really flexible

No catalog for me, but I don't have a massive amount. Yet. It may be good though for annual notes on color fading, smell, etc. Track the progression of fade or VS.

The number of views for a topic are the number of times a page in the topic has been rendered in a browser. So every time you get back to that thread to read a new reply it gets counted once again. And if you make a reply, you are redirected back to the page afterwards, and you get counted again. For someone following that thread actively, it will be easy to create 10 views or more, so the number of viewers are far less than that number.

Eivind,
Thanks for clarifying the page views counter. On the plus side, if I read the stats correctly, every single member who was logged in yesterday did in fact take the survey. I believe it was 14 members logged in at the time I checked, and all 14 took survey!

Many more visitors/guests looked at the survey page---maybe they could NOT take survey as just a visitor/guest?
Somehow need to get more of these visitors/guests to become members too!

I entered ‘other’, because while I don’t have a catalogue yet, it’s something I’ve been meaning to do.

Type written pages that were slowly put on to word processor document. Now looking at a better system.

I still love the smell of film in the morning
