Colorized version of a Van Beuren Cubby Bear cartoon from the early 30s, without its original soundtrack! A company in the 1970s found a bunch of (largely bootleg) home movie prints and had them hand-traced in Korea for a haphazardly put together TV package of cartoons. What's ironic is that they failed to check (or care) whether the films originally had sound, or were in colour in the first place.
