Stuart,
For whatever the reason, I have only just be able to watch your video that you uploaded onto you tube. It does sound like the shutter blades are catching somewhere and could even be at the bottom where you begin photographing here. There is a lot of excess axial movement in them equally I noticed.
Have you tried slipping the belt off the Shutter Wheel pulley and then turned over the shutter wheel Shaft by hand very slowly just to see whether or not this is a possibility or not?
Obviously, have no power cord connected to the machine while you are attempting this if you do.
Sorry, but always wise to add a disclaimer.
You could slip the belt off at either Pulley, Motor or Shutter Wheel, it wouldn't make any difference just for the purpose of this experimental exercise.
I wouldn't be tempted to run it for any longer than is absolutely necessary until you can turn the shutter wheel shaft and it remains silent throughout 360 degrees.
There should be no real noise emulating from this shaft when all is good and it may do damage to vital components in the meantime to run it as it currently stands.
