I have stolen this from the other site as Maurice is also a member here.
Maurice was admitted to hospital on the 19th June and I quote”including weakened kidneys and eating problems.It’s a worrying time.”
This was placed on that site by his daughter.
I’m sure we all wish Maurice a speedy recovery,his film knowledge is incredible and the help he provides members is immeasurable.
Get well soon Maurice.
Perhaps someone on here who belongs to the other site would be good enough to pass on our best wishes to Maurice through the site.

Thats sad news Gwyn, thanks for putting it here as well.
Lets hope he has a speedy recovery, he is a wealth of knowledge with lifetime in the trade.

Just read a reply by his daughter Jane on the other forum, unfortunately it's not good news, it seems that they have found a hole in Maurice's Heart, and it looks a bit bleak now! But I guess there is only so much can be done for anyone who reaches the age of 88.
