Sadly another great actor,comedian,and voiceover artist gone.
A major star on the London stage by the age of twenty,I suggest he will best be remembered for the film The Railway Children,and the voice of the Wombles.Also appearing in both the Dr Who film and television series,as well as a number of Carry On films.

I played “Right said Fred” as a minor tribute to him this evening on my radio show - he was a consummate professional and will be missed - R.I.P Mr Cribbins

A real gentleman, had the pleasure of meeting him in 1989, we spoke about Two Way Stretch amongst other things, the Round Robin 200ft wouldn't be the same without his fun style of narration,RIP,Mark
