Here is the latest issue of 'Reel Deals'....Mike Trickett is the man who puts this out. A very nice quarterly publication with articles, and ad listings for films for sale by private collectors. Subscribers are entitled to one free page of advertising per edition. This can be used for "Films Wanted" or "Films for Sale"...Since it comes by mail from Australia some of the more popular films have been already snapped up. And while shipping films from Australia can be a bit costly, the AUD to USD exchange rate is favorable now (where 100 AUD is about $71 USD), so that does help offset costs, at least for US buyers. Subscription cost for US and Europe is $40 annually.

This issue includes a fascinating look at historical light sources for image projection ranging from oil lamps to carbide burners to carbon arcs.....
