What were main UK houses for super 8 in the past (Exept for Derann, Walton, Perries,...) ?

Does Anybody knows Mountain Home Movies ,Modern Home Movies , Starline Home Movies ...?

What were there best products (best quality)

Mountain Films or as they were known Portland Films had a very small shop in Shaftsbury Ave London, it really was small but it was cramped pack with bargains/
I used to visit it regular, I bought my very first feature their, it was the ken films print of Wargames

Let's not forget Movieland International based down in Plymouth, Devon.

Mountain Films had about four shops various names over the years Portland Films and Movie Makers are two. P.M. Films, Quality Films, Regent Films, Dane, Dune, M8M, Starrwood Films, Iver Film Services, Pineden, Loony Loony Movies, Enfield Film Services.

Mountain Films were very hit and miss for quality. Some of the black & whites I have are good with a nice sharp image. The Ken titles I though were hit and miss too. Columbia the same.
