Any help would be appreciated on this one please.
I have a Super 8mm mag /optical Fumeo 9119 which could do with a complete overhaul and service,the sound is not too special to say the least.
I would like to have any work done on it in this country,and best of all done in the west of England if possible but am open to any suggestions,recommendations please.

mine was done by Bill Parsons - but id be very interested if you find someone to service it for you. I will have to bring mine down from upstairs as i haven't used it for at least a 12 month and check if its ok.

Hi Gwyn, this is a known problem with the fumeo, it comes up quite a lot. I do remember Hugh saying that bill fixed his with low sound, and was booming sound after, but I don't think Bill is doing any repairs now. I have the same problem with mine, so if you find someone competent do report back here.....
