Well gang, as you all know I've recently had issues with my 16CL M/O amp. Luckily, I'm a 5 minute drive from Stu Hilliker who kindly agreed to take a look at it for me. After replacing a couple of caps there was still an issue which was finally pinpointed a troublesome and obsolete transistor. Meanwhile, the ever helpful Mark Mander rummaged around and found a spare untested amp which he kindly sent me. I passed that one on to Stu who managed to get one working amp out of the two. And just in time for a Halloween film night, thanks guys! A great example of us film obsessives looking out for each other.
