Stuart,its a CINEMEC projector,the lens looks like one I have on my Fumeo.
They are Italian machines I think and they did do them in 35mm as well.
Must say very nice looking machine.
Thats my thought on this one.

The size of the lamp house seems to have dictated the film path, somewhat like my Super 8 Fumeo.
