Seems to me that 3D printing the parts needed for a Cinebug would be fairly straightforward, bet there's not a 16mm collector amongst us who wouldn't jump at the chance of a sensibly priced perf repair machine.

Only 16mm collectors though Stuart!
I can honestly say, I've never once needed to perf repair any Super 8 mm film I've ever owned.
"C'Mon Baggy, Get With The Beat"
But I bought many with sprocket damages, so would love one for each, even with my three bad enounters with perf fix

They would all work the same Vidar; until recently Philip Rigby had their own version on their website. I don't think a new one would be any cheaper than a used Perf-fix, or Cinebug.
Perf-fix had plans to bring out a Super 8 version, but I have no knowledge of it actually happening. I've never had any sprocket damage with Super 8.
I only had it on films bought, not happened to any of mine, though the Eumig 710D liked to chew leaders, making accordianleader
I have not seen any for sale, but will keep an eye out
