First time for me too, but I know that this is not uncommon in countries were dubbing is the standard. That is luckily not the case i Scandinavia, but many continental European countries dub to their native language.

I can't see that there would be space for two sound tracks, however, the optical could be half-track variable density. But, the seller says it has loud optical sound.
Pity there's no screen shots of the film itself.
