It takes time wasters a real boat load of non payments before they actually get struck off ebay.
No doubt there will be other items this dreamer bids on and wins next month, only to have absolutely no intention of ever paying for the goods.

Best just to treat these time wasters in exactly the manner you already are doing and selling the goods to somebody genuine instead.
When enough negative reports do filter through to the ebay team, eventually they will be excluded from membership so reporting these chancers is always the way to go for everybody's benefit involved with the auction site.
