Not sure who released it as never seen one before, saw this print for sale in 2012 and missed out then so glad to have it now,Mark
I guess it´s not Viacom according to this website: http://www.elvisechoesofthepast.com/elvis-on-8-mm-super-8/. Maybe a bootleg, but it looks really good

Not Viacom Mats that I do know as I have those releases,it looks good on screen with no lines or neg marks so probably not an italian print either,a little light in some scenes but not terrible,I've rerecorded the first 1200ft already so it will sound great too,Mark
They seem to appear mainly in the U.S.
I've seen quite a few on Super 8mm for sale over the years on ebay, all mainly from the U.S. but so far at least, I have never been fortunate enough to land one.
I'm completely unsure who released this one and I have never seen an advertised print state as much either unfortunately.
I would guess it wasn't Viacom also. If it was you'd surely know of the fact just from its opening footage.
Great find Mark, very well done! 😊😊
