Tried googling quite a bit, but with no luck. I guess it was no point as you probably had done so extensively yourself.

Is this a 16mm model Gwyn?
If so, is a portable model or pedestal?
"C'Mon Baggy, Get With The Beat"
I now know it is indeed a 16mm model but still struggling to find an actual image of this model????

I think I've just found one now.
Nothing for a manual link so far sadly.
No Fumeo model is listed in the Old Timers Cameras range of manuals nor are any featured on the film tech forum in the manuals section???
Very odd??

Andrew thank you the picture which I hasten to add is correct.i to saw this one except mine differs from this as the two arms have been replaced with long play arms which bolt on.The take up is powered by a separate motor which can be powered from either the machine itself or separately from another control panel.
Yes I should have said in the original post that it's a 16 mm machine,a beast of a machine when in action, the only thing was when I bought it,it had no paperwork at all and it did have the long play modifications.I would have liked to have got a manual just so that if I took the back off I could find my way around.Still you never know something might turn up.Thanks for your effort.📽📽

I've hunted high and low for you Gwyn, these past 24hrs for a manual in any language, and so far I've drawn a blank.
What I can say, is if any of us placed a shout out over on film tech, I'd be most surprised if I saw no response in a couple of days or so.
There is bound to be one international collector or another who could and no doubt would, point the way to some literature on one of these.
I'm still astonished by how little there is in written format on any Fumeo machine publically. Hardly anything to be honest Gwyn.
Unusual for such a professional brand.

I am also looking for a 16mm Fumeo English manual for the table-top versions. One the "9226 Super" is optical and my other model is optical and magnetic. Not been able to discover anything in web searches.

I've placed a shout out Ian over on the other place of worship, but so far not heard anything back yet,
Early days yet so fingers crossed for Gwyn and yourself Ian.

Thanks Andrew. There are a couple of photos and a utube video showing the insides but very little information. I realised that it is a 7 volt exciter lamp needed for these. Also the sprung wire take-up belt path is diabolically difficult to fit as it loops all over the place. A manual would be helpful.

I am doing my best Ian but from what people in the know are telling me, much of the Fumeo models share pretty much the same configurations for many aspects of their design.
What Kevin over on the other was saying is, even a 9119 manual would be largely of use for other models, even 16mm ones.
The 9119 manual is of course already posted in full within this forum, thanks to a collector we have here with us.

Andrew, thanks for what you have done, and are doing.Last night I scoured the Internet to no avail,I did find numerous pictures showing the 9271 but they are all different in some way except for the main body.the closest to mine was a picture of a 9271 at a dance show in Brighton of all places, but it was just a picture.
There are numerous eBay Italian style showing fumeos sold over time, but it's all Italian to me.
I do have a 9119 manual so it's not the end of the world if there is not a separate one for the 9271,maybe that's the way it is with fumeos.
Thanks for all you have done, but I think it may be a lost cause,📽📽

Please, at some point down the line Gwyn, buy a Beaulieu.
For those, i could then at least, supply you with over 400 pages of literature! 😀😊🎄
The Elmos are similarly supported really well for instruction and service literature.
Probably the best of any to be honest.
These fumeos really are proving difficult to find anything for other than the 9119 manual already kindly posted.

Never long live Fumeo........even though there is no literature .......heheheh😂😂😂

"Never long live Fumeo "...or "Never, long live Fumeo", Gwyn?
I'm sure you meant the latter Gwyn!
