I know we have all had some issues with delivery services, damaged items, delays, not delivered, so here's a good story about what can be done. Japan airport terminal 8.55 am Monday 20th June, this item then went onto China, Bahrain, Germany, then onto east midlands airport 10.55 am, then on to me at 15 .30 pm on Wednesday 22nd June, the item was boxed correctly all items correctly wrapped in bubble wrap carefully via my instructions followed to the letter, just incredible, the company DHL, well done to them, that's what i call service.........

Many tend to focus on the bad things, however the things that go SUPER are worth noting.
