Finally got to watch a film as you may have noticed not been around lately as family issues have intervened of late.Hopefully as they say one day at a time.
So decided to open a can all it said was The Gatling Gun,well turned out to be three reels of pink/ red copy of the western starring Guy Stockwell,Robert Fuller,Woody Strode and Barbara Luna.Released in 1971 it definitely is a film of its time,the story relates to two army deserters who steal a Gatling gun and end up with both cavalry and Apache Indians going after them.All ends up in a prolonged battle at the end.Sad to say it’s not as good as it must have thought it was,bad script and poor editing make what I thought would be a good film only a passable one.Shame good cast.

Always good to see a film you either forgot you had or havnt seen for a very long time. Cant beat a good western either,

Thanks for posting the pics...It definitely has happened to most all of us collectors--where we get a title that sounds promising but doesn't quite deliver.
Like Tom said, either way it is nice to get the projector purring again.
