Mark,
A fantastic Christmas film show! Some classics and some lesser known titles there. Still in Germany and with no projector for any film viewing myself. Enjoy Your Christmas!

Some really nice titles Mark, creature comforts is one ive always missed and i have never seen the prince and the pauper. Now having seen your screenshots i will keep an eye out. It looks on a par with Mickeys xmas carol, would i be right?

Prince and the Pauper is a nice print Tom and well worth hunting for, sorry about some of the pictures but I was Christmas Tree end of the room and had the tree lights on which effected the phone (and my eyesight!!) But the short video does show how nice it is. I know Creature Comforts isn't a Christmas film but it's great fun all the same, we went on to watch a trailer reel , It Came From Outer Space 3D and Under The Sea Little Mermaid Sing A Long and Hello Dolly Big Parade Scope 200 footer. My Mums staying for Christmas and she enjoys the films too, my Sons Girlfriend loves Disney so she's easily pleased(she's the one laughing in the video) she also loves Laurel and Hardy as her first experience was Christmas time when I put on Big Business, so I have a good audience and I'm not sure about you guys(I'm pretty certain though)that we don't need much persuasion to set up a machine and show a few films. Hopefully I'll get a few more films watched as my Brother in law and his family always asks to watch something, looks great on the big screen and with the Elmo speakers it sounds great too, Mark

Its good that family watch our films, we are also lucky that family also enjoy the films from time to time. Christmas is always an easy encouragement as The Snowman and Mickeys Christmas carol are everyone's favourites on the big screen, and we are all fortunate that these two titles, (among many others) are of such high quality, just the look of them makes you feel Christmassy. Creature Comforts is a gem of a short, its one of those films that no matter how many times you see it, its what goes on in the background that makes you laugh and takes many viewing to catch it all.

I finally got to see some Super 8 this Christmas. We just watched:
* Pluto's Christmas Tree - WDHM.
* The Night Before Christmas (Tom & Jerry - Film Office).
* Mickey's Christmas Carol (Derann)
* Toy Tinkers (Derann).

I find it truly hard to top the experience of watching Christmas titles like this at Christmas. It is pitch dark outside (in the Norwegian winter), and a perfect time to spend some time indoors. I watch films year round, but the Christmas shows are by far the most magical for me :-)

It is definatly one of the best times of the year for our film shows, the Christmas films we all have are rarly shown on TV and even when they are, they never look as good.
