It's my turn to brag on my long distance pal whom I call Doug (Douglas Warren of this forum). I met him through correspondence by means of another forum over a year ago. He has become my good pal, not only because of his generosity, but we have a genuine long distance friendship. We have never spoken in person, but we email one another often. We discuss various things in addition to film, but we both have the film bug in common for sure! It's fun to send one another links to films for sale/auction, report our latest finds and projector repair experiences. But because of this gentleman, he has helped to keep my passion for this hobby alive. Last year, I had a few bad buying experiences with some machines. Throughout this journey, he has so generously given me two very well running machines, an unused movie camera from 1976, films, reels, supplies, accessories and much advice. I wanted to share some photos of these items that he has given me that mean so much because they came from him.

I hope that I haven't caused any embarrassment Doug, but I thought that the guys should know what kind of fellow you really are!
