These really don't surface often nowadays.

I must admit though, this does look like an early model of these to me. It Still has the older style slider knobs and nylon reel holders.
Judging by the rear cover modifications it may even be a Beaulieu retrofit model, which they were known to carry out on request.

I much prefer the later type like Alan has that was built as a HTI rather than modified into one.


Nice interchangeable 16:9 gate with it though for those with the cameras and home made films to use with this feature.

Well its not me, although I did win on Euro Millions a whole £2.72. It did cost me £20. If I had won you would have seen some new super 8 films.


I still love the smell of film in the morning

Not me either David. Had it have been, I'd have been sourcing a property big enough to house a dedicated home cinema for me including a separate room for doing my recording work as a permanent set up, and a stables for my lovely missus.

Ah well, we can dream!
