Welcome Ugo. Nice to see you here. I wonder if my GS is safe? Nr. Parsons, do you remember if you checked these things on my machine? What would it cost to replace/modify one? Would the same apply to the GS-800? I got one of those too

Yes Vidar I did the mods on your projector, I would not worry too much about the GS800 it has a film path like the ST1200HD so is not so prone to problems, but it’s always worth checking the head pressers and the lower sprocket guide for wear, and make sure the pressure of the head holder rubber roller is not too strong, you could always send it to me some time to check, but I would not panic about it.

Great to hear, Bill. Thanks. BTW the Pinocchio Comes to Life ran much better, so I need to treat some more films that is unstable. Hope Iwwon't ruin any :-)
