Many cool cartoons there, Dave. I have bought a bit too much lately, so the only exception of the cartoon pause for me would be Donald, though. My son loves Woody Woodpecker!

I just picked up several LPP episodes of BONANZA. Am also doing a trade with a friend and am getting 2 episodes of 77 SUNSET STRIP, one of which is a network print with full commercials. I also recently picked up a print from Paul Foster on Oswego, New York, released in 1943, which I am thrilled to have, as my family is from Oswego. One of the scenes in this film is of a parade which I am sure my Grandfather and several Aunt's and Uncle's were present at as their home was right on the parade route. This one will never leave my collection!!!!

I have an episode of Bonanza, but in b/w. I love it, but my wife hate western movies :-)

Whaaaat? Who can hate A Fistful of Dollars, Once Upon a Time in the West, Unforgiven, The Good, the Bad and the Ugly and all those cheesy spaghettis?

Unforgiven is a good starting point for someone who isn't keen on westerns- It's got a lot in it to keep interest and isn't all rustling horses and killin' injuns etc.

Would love to find a nice print, LPP, of TRUE GRIT. It's very hard to find in LPP.

Just a couple of reels received in the last couple of weeks..."The Tortoise and the Hare" (1934) super 8 200' color/silent and still sealed, and "The Little Rebel" which turned out to be a Little Rascals short (which is great since I collect those) 200' standard 8, black & white/silent. I need a little convincing to tear the plastic off of the Disney reel. :-) I'm curious as to what Little Rascals short "The Little Rebel" was derived from as I've not seen this one.

A couple on the way from ebay, Another two war documentaries, one is from the world in flames, War in the African desert and another from the GI Diaries stories, the flying fortress.
Hopefully they will be good ones. Only four to get from the world in flames but very happy even they never turn up.

Great screenshots, Del! And lucky you, Tom with those documentaries!

My projectors have rested far too long now due to other obligations these hectic last weeks. When I read all the posts today I really look forward to get them going! After the Nordic film collectors convention next Saturday here in Oslo, I hopefully have new films to write about here :-)

Thanks guys, only watched the first 2 reels so far, there is a little sprocket damage to the end of reel 1 that lasts for about 30 seconds, other than that it's pretty much mint, so yes I'm chuffed to bits. I was like a kid at Christmas yesterday when it arrived, the wife had to scrape me off the ceiling

Just bought two more off flea bay, The 600ft Derann cut down of Raise the Titanic, (the feature was a bit drawn out for me), this is flat so a good sharp image and also T & J cartoon, the flying cat.
