This is one of those Poverty Row studios. 'The Test', starring Rin Tin Tin junior, made in 1935, my print dates from 1942. A fur trapper tricks Rin Tin Tin Jnr, so that he can steal the dog owners furs. The dog is then put to the test of finding the thief and retrieving the furs. The film received a good review at the time, as can be seen ; I think the reviewer went a little over the top with his enthusiasm. It's no classic, but it is an entertaining 59 minutes.
This is my first attempt at shooting in video mode with my smartphone; still far from perfect.

I'll have to read the manual, not sure if it has manual settings. The pictures don't look too bad on here after all. I tried using my digital camera in video mode, got nothing but a blank screen.

It doesn't have manual settings on mine Vidar.
