I have some real classic Pathescope 9.5mm films in my collection such as Fritz Lang's METROPOLIS and THE WHITE HELL OF PITZ PALU directed by G.W.Pabst and Arnold Fank featuring the great Leni Riefenstahl . Whats your cherished 9.5mm films ?

I have only two 9,5 mm prints in my collection. Both Mickey Mouse b/w silent cutdowns. And a Austrian Diethmar ? projector for 8 and 9,5 mm. 9,5 did never get popular in Sweden. I just bought this stuff of curiosity.

I have two Pathescope films (shorts), and a Pathescope camera, but so far, no projector.

What is your shorts Robert ? Get yourself a projector soon I hope.

Here are a couple of frames from the 9.5mm print of WHITE HELL OF PITZ PALU to give you some idea of what 9.5mm is about.

It´s suposed to, but I havn´t tested it. It´s set for 110 volts. I have transformators, so one day I´ll check it. The cosmetic condition is quite good. I´ve heard this is a rare one. They built more 9,5/16 and 8/16 projectors.

Still haven't checked my machine. A Specto which I got three or four films with. Some news reels and such I think

Hopefully I get it tested properly someday. I do still want a CIR for it though

I have a Specto B 9.5mm silent projector. They are very good vintage machines.

Hi Mats those are not screenshots but scans of a 9.5mm print but I did not do them.

Of course David! How could I not see the perforation. But the quality is still brilliant

Here´s som pics of my Ditmar 2890. It´s a very rare one in really good cosmetical condition, with original box ( Cover missing ). I haven´t dared to try it yet. I have no manual unfortunately.
It have two filmpaths, so it can project both 8mm and 9,5.

Interesting reading. Will read carefuly, when I have time. My projector seems to be in better condition. The former owner used it for 8mm screening, not so long ago, but I will check the power wires, before use.
