Do you mean it's on Standard 8 Vidar?, the print quality and colours are really good.
Yes, Standard/Regular/Double 8mm :-) Wasn't too bad. It's three or four 200's spliced. Varies a little, but not much in colour. I will post more pictures of it later

I didn't know it had been issued that far back, I only remember the Derann feature which cost over £300. I would have loved a copy, but not at that price.
Hello Vidar & Robert, I remember seeing this print on ebay a few weeks ago, glad it went to a good home. It was the first colour film
I purchased back in the early '70s, is a nicely edited version too, has narration, but for once it doesn't intrude on the film. Indeed
anyone watching it for the first time will be fully conversant with the story, it is one of those rare editions that give the viewer the
impression that they have seen the complete film, a worthy addition to Vidars library. My old print still has good colour, except for
the Triton episode that has started to fade. The super 8 feature from Derann was great, but the Fuji 16mm even better, the remake
of this classic soon disappeared, deservedly so. A cracking tale that just screams "REEL MAGIC".
I still remember watching this with my parents at the cinema, like it was yesterday. Knowing nothing about special effects, when I first saw the island with the massive statues I wondered where it was, and how the film makers discovered it. The Man of Bronze is my favourite part of the film. I believe this film was Harryhausen's favourite.
Hi, Hugh, nice to see you here. I am not sure it's the same print, I bought if from someone on the 8mm forum. It was okay, but had a few sound drop outs. But very enjoyable :-)

Do you know what stock it's on Vidar?; what few colour films I have in Super 8 have turned red.
A lot of the Columbia 200 foot versions are indeed fading to red.
My Complete Feature from Derann is still fine with the colours.
I just ran it through a vewer, but can not see anything written on the edges. Is it normally printed on the sprocket side or the other side? I check both, on this it says nothing about stock at all. Sorry
