Security improvements to the forum...

Hello,

Last week I posted about the "HTTPS" conversion for this forum. It appears that everything converted successfully.

However, if you post direct links to external unsecured images or other unsecured web pages within a post, then a warning message may appear when one attempts to link to these unsecured items. The warning is only to make a user aware that you are going from our secure forum to a less secure linked item.

For example, direct links to youtube (like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1fohpOUyZjQ will be fine, because youtube is also secured via HTTPS. But a direct link to other unsecured destinations may result in said warning.

Please note, any images etc. that are uploaded to the forum directly as we typically do for sharing screen shots of films here should be just fine, and shouldn't lead to any warning etc.

If there are questions or if you experience anything odd, please let me, Vidar, or Eivind know and we will look into.

Thanks much,
Greg
