So sad to hear he has passed. Has had problems over the year I knew him. A very kind fellow and will miss his quiz on Facebook

Never heard of this collector, but always sad of course to hear of a fellow enthusiast passing.

God Bless.

I am sad to hear this news as well...I remember David posting many films from his collection for sale on 8mm forum back in 2010-11 I think and I bought quite a few from him. We emailed back and forth for a while and he was very nice. He even sent me a few for free along with ones I purchased. I got some of the Castle 200' horrors from him and whenever I screen them I always think "I got this from Dave"

David was a kind soul. When he let go of the remainder of his film collection last year, I acquired quite a few of them. With his passing, another one of our brethren leaves the flock. R.I.P. David 😔

I didn't ever meet him unfortunately. But I do have one film from his collection and I do think of him when I see it on the shelf.
