Movie Maker Magazine

#1 by David Ollerearnshaw , Thu Nov 09, 2017 12:06 pm

The second Friday of the preceding month Movie Maker magazine was published. The December issue was the one with the entertainment guide in. This issue from 1973 was the first one I had. I think my first issue was the September same year, this had a picture of a Dalmatian on the cover a Ten Best Winner. That film was shown on the BBC Vision On.

I have a few issues missing, but if I see them for sale at a cheap price I usually buy them.

So to relive those Friday's, tomorrow's post will be the entertainment guide.

I still love the smell of film in the morning

Some 1973 and a few of the earlier ones. In the process of cataloguing them. I have bought some early ones too.

Well here they are the Entertainment Guide for December 1973.

Although it wouldn't take so many pages this year, it might go to two.
