my print has landed and then gone to germany

#1 by Paul Browning , Sat Feb 04, 2017 7:01 pm

I just don't get it. I have a print coming from Steve Sigel from the USA which arrived at Stansted on the 3rd of feb 10.39 pm. Ok that's good its here, but then it boards a plane for
cologne Germany ??, and then departs an hour later at 11.39pm ?? back to us in blighty ??. I know the print was originally made in Germany, but seems its its doing all it can to get
back home to the fatherland, utter madness .

Utter madness, I agree Paul, but nothing surprises me these days with the courier services that are available.

Are you serious about Sweden, or was it a joke?

No joke Eivind, its left Malmo at 4.00 am this morning 7th feb, so much for the priority shipping. It's spent longer in Europe than the flight from the US.

It's a pity it wasn't fitted with a spycam, you'd have a fabulous Euro tour to look back on Paul! 😂😂😂

At least you know where your film is mate. Once mine left Italian soil. the tracking system no longer detects its movements!

Pretty pointless then really as I don't even know which company to expect it to arrive with???

Oh well mine seems to have beaten Pauls in the end. Not surprising really given the guided tour of europe his has taken!

Hopefully might get to watch it in around a months time!

Yes Mats, I picked them up last Saturday from my local post office, but not before a short trip to Sweden ?. No, I don't know why either, so much for the "priority shipping" . Less
than 5 days to get to me from the US, and very nearly two weeks road trip across Europe, utter madness.
