a film about a couple who take in a lodger who is a doctor and the doctor I think has an affair and she ends up having a baby and somewere along the line they sue as the baby dies or the mother miscarries or the doctor may be a lawer or some like that let see what you come up with and no its not pacific heights .don't know the actors names made late 80s or early 90s I think

no that's not it .its a couple who renovate a house and take in a lodger gets her pregnant and the lodger is a lawer I think but its all I scam to get compensation I know she has an operation and something goes wrong and they sue the lodger who is the doctor I think
