Why oh why do people bid on things they have no intentions of ever paying for?
Just block him David.

Ian Morton of Lincoln has bought and paid quickly via Paypal Invoice for 16mm film prints from me in the past with no problem. Always follows through. Communication is a bit cryptic. He may be unfamiliar with eBay auction and thinks if he bids he buys ? I thought he is in the Services, and may be called away at times, so not a change of mind?
I have sent you a private message with his email address.
Ian

It's a real hassle selling things on e bay at times. If people are going away on business that's fine, but either don't bid at that time if you know this in advance, or at least just ensure you communicate your intentions with the seller as you do so regarding any possible complications with an on time payment for any goods won.
Most sellers I've found, are extremely understanding so long as you keep them in the picture. It's only when a seller is left in the dark and has to begin attempting to claim back his / her fees for insertion and readvertise due to timewasters that the frustrations kick in.
