Yes a few days ago Vidar. He can be a bit random at times in getting back to you.

I saw him a few weeks ago, he was getting ready for a vacation, probably just still travelling.

Do you get response from any dealer, Vidar? ;-) I guess you check your spam folder for replies.

If you use an email provider that are not up to it, you can easily end up in other people's spam folders. I have set up my own mail server and had to do quite a bit to avoid this.

I use Telenor and I do check my spam filter. Maybe they just hate me

I sent a question to Steve twice with several weeks between and didn't get any reply either, so you are not the only one. Might not be that organized with his mail and misses some if he don't reply straight away.

I have heard that he was a bit 'old school' and has some assistance with some of the computer stuff. I don't mean it as an insult. He is good to deal with though. I once sent a list of supplies that I needed, without a response. I received the parcel shortly after (before I even had it paid for!) with the requested items. Of course I sent payment right away by mail, but that is unheard of in this day and time (putting something on someone's tab).

I had that happen too, but I had a question to him as well as an order. Want to buy The Empire Strikes Back

My advice, bombard him with a few mails asking him to hold the film Vidar, I did read on 8mm forum that he was going on holiday.
Anyway, get you request in for your film, then its there, the man does answer all communication eventually I understand.

You're right Hugh, I read this on the other forum recently, and I will say dealing with Steve by email he did answer them very quickly in my case. If you have sent an email Vidar you have logged your interest in an item, so it's up to him to respond in order of receipt of any other emails.

I added the option of received and read. Only got received reply, so it is in his mailbox, either unread or in spam filter
