My exercise comes in the form of running up and down staircases, platforms and gantries, chasing consumer goods all shift that become jammed or are off standard for whatever reason around a mile or so of conveyor systems. Machine interventions, splices, size changes and breakdowns.

This usually averages anything from 8 to 12 miles per shift apparently! Someone actually strapped a pedometer to themselves would you believe. Ha ha ha.
